Who is responsible

Eunice Import operates euniceimport.com and is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions about this policy, or requests to see or delete your data, can be sent to support@euniceimport.com. The registered business address is published here once it is finalised.

What we collect, and when

When you place an order

Your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you give one, the items ordered and any note you add to the order. This is the minimum needed to fulfil and support the order, and it is kept in our order records.

When you contact us

Your name, email address, the reason you selected, your message and an order number if you supply one.

When you submit a wholesale or sourcing request

The contact and company details you enter, the product details, the quantity, destination and budget, plus any reference image you attach. Attached images are stored privately and are only viewed by the team handling your request.

When you subscribe to the newsletter

Your email address and which page you subscribed from. Nothing else.

What stays in your browser

Your cart, wishlist and recently viewed products are kept in your browser’s local storage on your own device. They are not sent to us and not tied to your identity. Clearing your browser storage removes them.

What we do not collect

• Card numbers, expiry dates or security codes. Payment details are entered on the payment provider’s own secure page and never reach our server.
• Advertising or cross-site tracking identifiers. There are no third-party ad pixels on this site.
• Any special category data — we have no reason to ask for it and no field that accepts it.

Why we use it

• To fulfil your order — packing, shipping, customs paperwork and support. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.
• To answer your enquiry — replying to a contact, wholesale or sourcing message.
• To send the newsletter — only if you asked for it, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To meet legal obligations — keeping sales and tax records for the period the law requires.

Who your data is shared with

Only the service providers needed to run the store, and only with the data each one needs:

• Our hosting and database provider — the platform this site runs on stores our orders and enquiries.
• The payment provider — receives your email address, the order reference and the amount so it can take payment.
• Shipping carriers — receive the delivery address and contact details needed to deliver the parcel and clear customs.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

International transfers

The store serves customers worldwide and our providers operate globally, so your data may be processed outside your own country. Where that happens, it is covered by the contractual protections our providers offer for international transfers.

How long it is kept

• Orders — kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
• Enquiries, wholesale and sourcing requests — kept while they are open and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted on request.
• Newsletter subscriptions — until you unsubscribe.
• Uploaded reference images — deleted once the request they belong to is closed, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to send it to you in a portable format. Email support@euniceimport.com and we will act on the request. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may need to keep information that a legal obligation requires us to retain.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Orders and enquiries are stored in a managed database with access restricted to the store’s administrators. Payment information is handled entirely by the payment provider. Administrative areas of the site are behind authentication and are not indexed or linked publicly.

Children

The store is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and it will be deleted.

The site uses only what it needs to function. See the cookie policy for the detail.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes that affect how we use data you have already given us will be sent to you by email where we hold your address.
