1. Who you are contracting with

This site is operated by Eunice Import (euniceimport.com). Placing an order means you accept these terms. The registered company details and address are published on this page once finalised, and nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.

2. Orders and acceptance

Adding items to your cart and completing checkout is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept the order — in practice, when we confirm payment and begin preparing the shipment. If we cannot accept an order, we tell you why and refund anything already paid.

We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, where a price or description was wrong, where the destination cannot be served by a carrier, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.

3. Products, images and specifications

We describe products as accurately as we can. Photography is representative; colours vary between screens, and dimensions are given to the nearest sensible unit. Where a specification is still being confirmed with a supplier, the product page says so rather than stating a figure we cannot stand behind. Listings marked as demo listings are examples used while the catalogue is built and are labelled as such on the page.

4. Prices and currency

All prices are shown in US dollars and orders are charged in US dollars. The price you pay is the price displayed at the moment you complete checkout. Shipping is shown separately in the cart and on the checkout summary before payment.

Import duties, VAT and customs handling fees are set by the destination country, are not included in the checkout total and are payable by you. See shipping information.

If a pricing error is obvious and material, we will contact you before dispatch and you may either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. Payment

Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. Card details are entered on the provider’s own secure page and never reach our server. Where online card payment is not yet enabled, an order is recorded and we contact you to arrange payment before anything ships — no payment is ever taken without your action.

6. Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, because customs clearance and local delivery are outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, tell us within 30 days of dispatch and we will replace or refund it.

7. Returns and cancellation

You have 30 days from delivery to tell us you want to return an item, subject to the exclusions and conditions set out in the returns policy, which forms part of these terms. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods apply regardless of that window.

8. Wholesale, bulk and sourcing orders

Wholesale and sourcing orders are governed by the written quote we issue for them — unit price, minimum quantity, lead time, freight terms and payment terms — and by these terms where the quote is silent. Those orders are invoiced directly rather than paid through the storefront checkout. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them.

We do not source counterfeit goods, anything presented as a brand it is not, or products that are restricted or unsafe to import into the destination.

9. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe they have been compromised. We may suspend an account used for fraudulent or abusive activity.

10. Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people, submit enquiry forms automatically, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content. Content and design on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use.

11. Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, for business losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control such as customs holds or carrier disruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Eunice Import is registered; that jurisdiction is named on this page once the company registration details are published. If something goes wrong, contact us first — most disputes are resolved far faster by email than by anything else. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply.
